PAYMENT TERMS:

• 30% deposit required to confirm the booking

• 70% paid in 30 days before arrival day

TERMS OF PAYMENT

When you make a reservation, all necessary information will be provided in email. Cash payments are accepted in dollars or Euros. N.B. Kindly don’t bring the old US$ from 2006 and below notes they are not accepted here only from the year 2006.

PRICES

All costs and prices indicated are accordingly to your agreement or itinerary which might include land services, accommodations, Transportations, entrance fees, for all safari durations, and local flights but not international air fare unless requested and confirmed in the itinerary. All prices are subject to change at any time due to currency fluctuations and exchange rate at any particular time, or other circumstances beyond WADA Adventures control.

Most safaris operate with a minimum of two participants for private safari and minimum of four participants for the budget group join safari. When a safari requires four or more to guarantee departure, or single person travelling, we have attempted to indicate this. Please check with us for minimums and availability in case of group safari.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars and Euros on costs at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time before your booking is confirmed. If there are any changes we will confirm to you in writing together with your confirmation of your booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation Policies & fees:

More than 120 days before the safari or tour starts 25% off the payment.

119 to 90 days before the safari or tour starts 50 % off the payment.

89 days to 31 days before the safari or tour start 75 % off the payment.

30days and below or No Show 100 % off total costs
